Rates

Our Trolleys have become extremely popular for use in wedding parties and other very special events. Following are standard rates and some other details for your consideration. After reviewing the rates and other content below, please let me know if you have questions or if you would like to proceed with a Trolley reservation.

Trolleys

Rates effective April 14, 2008
Friday/Saturday Special: $1200 includes 4 hours on Friday and 4 hours on Saturday. Additional rates are $100 per hour, plus a 20% Gratuity to Any Total. Friday, Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays: $700 first 4 hours (minimum rate). Additional time is $100 per hour, plus a 20% Gratuity to Any Total.

Daily Rates (Monday-Thursday):
$600 first 4 hours (minimum); $100 per additional hour Plus 20% Gratuity to Any Total

There will be an additional charge for routes outside of Mecklenburg County.

In most cases driving time from our garage to your event site and then back is not considered as "in service" time. Only those hours the Trolley is actually in use past the minimum of 4 hours are subject to additional charges. Mileage charge is required for routes outside of Mecklenberg County

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required within one week of your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We can also accept a major credit card payment of your $100 deposit or entire balance by phone.

Maximum seating capacity per Trolley is 24 passengers and 16 standees. Our fleet includes both "Antique Red" and "Teal Green" cars. All have beautiful oak and brass appointments. For your convenience our Trolleys are equipped with air conditioning.

You may furnish special signage or other decorations for your trolley. Your representative could arrange to meet our driver ahead of time that day or decorate during the ceremony. Let us know in advance: We'll be delighted to work with you!
